Day 117
My last day of my first week of work went well.
I don’t feel like I have that much to do, but it’s okay. This entry is not about that though. I just thought I’d get it out there. But my mom has made pasta tonight.I just had a big bowlof it. She made a tofu alfredo and we bought whole wheat pasta for her to use. It was/is so good. The tofu is in the alfredo sauce. I love white sauces for pasta, and pasta is one of my favorite foods. It is so great. I am so happy she made this. I liked chicken alfredo before I was vegetarian, so now I thought we could give tofu alfredo a try. It was so good and my mom made it great. I am satisfied for now. My older sister is making falafels later so I have to be ready for that. But this is awesome and my somtach is very happy right now, as I am. I need to rest from food for now to leave room for those falafels. I love my family… More than for their culinary abilities but that is also a positive characteristic. (Well of anyone really). I’m going to go relax until more food is made to eat again.
